Our Service:
The best form of pest control is prevention. We will do a full survey on the premises, to highlight all the areas that need to be proofed to prevent rodents gaining access.
All our treatments are based on inspection and monitoring. Our service consists of a number of inspections per year, usually six, but we will tailor treatments depending on the individual problem. Our first aim is to identify current or potential rodent activity, or factors that may contribute to possible rodent activity such as housekeeping, stacking or proofing issues. Finally a comprehensive report is issued which includes all completed and suggested action as well as satisfying all necessary HACCP audit criteria.

Why control Pest Birds?
Birds are wonderful creatures. But they sometimes become serious pests. Pigeons and other pest birds deface buildings with their droppings, causing millions of euro in damage. They and other pest birds contaminate food in warehouses and food plants.
Bird nests and droppings can damage equipment, signs, street lights, electrical utilities, and can cause hazardous working conditions.

Ledge protection (exclusionary)
The number one bird problem on buildings is birds roosting and nesting on building ledges. Their droppings deface and damage buildings, and fall on people below. To keep birds off ledges, we use the latest equipment and devices such as points, coils, pin and wire, sticky repellents.
Netting (exclusionary)
Properly installed netting excludes birds from building faces, courtyards, parking garages, warehouse ceilings, outdoor signs, roof overhangs, loading docks, and any enclosed or partially enclosed area. Netting is long-lasting and often blends into the background to become nearly invisible.
Dispersal (scare)
Bird flocks can sometimes be dispersed from an area by proper use of sonic devices, scare balloons, mobiles, tapes, chemical repellents, chemical frightening agents, or nest destruction.
Removal (trapping)
In some instances, birds must be removed by trapping, particularly when non-lethal deterrents have proven ineffective or when the birds pose a health or safety risk to humans or property.

We use industrial strength power washing equipment to wash buildings, patios, drives, walls, paths, pavements, patio areas, car parks, plant & machinery etc..... Remove dirt, grime, algae, moss & air pollution & grime from masonry, marble, limestone, granite, brick, concrete & other masonry surfaces. Cleaning upvc coated cladding on buildings like car showrooms, offices & other commercial / industrial buildings).
Warehouse Cleaning
Our warehouse cleaning services start with our arrival at your on site where we begin by removing dust and debris by vacuuming or sweeping. Hereafter, we start preparing the floors for a total wet scrub by using biodegradable solutions and degreasing agents on the floors as needed. The floors are then scrubbed extensively and followed up with a sealant or refinish to complete the task at hand. The floors are left in an almost dry condition to not affect any packaging, stock or pallets on the flooring. The floors are completely dry within an hour!
